You must be at least 40" tall and be able to sit and support yourself to enjoy this experience. Please remain seated with your feet on top of the footrest during the entire movie. Throughout the movie your seat will move with the action on the screen. The 4DX experience offers multi-directional sound, chair movement, extra light effects, wind-blowing, and water spraying. The CGV at Yongsan is inside the iPark Mall shopping complex on the 6th and 7th floors. It is the perfect screen to watch some of the best Korean horror movies. The screen is not just huge but also has curved and tilted features that allow the viewers to experience the same level of brightness when watching the movies no matter where they are seated at the cinema. The cinema is in the largest building in South Korea, the World Tower which has 123 floors and is 555 meters tall. The screen comes with 622 seats - the largest available number of seats for a screen, the Super Plex G looks like a two-story opera theater in appearance. Lotte Cinema has gone into the Guinness World Records as having the world’s largest screen at 34 x 13.8m. You can find it at Lotte World Tower in Jamsil, and it is called the Super Plex G. With the success of Bong Joon Ho’s Parasite and the Netflix hit Koeran series Squid Games, there is a huge appetite for Korean content. Netflix, for example, is even streaming Korean dramas and Korean films. In addition, streaming services have changed the way movies are now released. In 2023, people are back in the theaters but not as before. The best movie theaters in Seoul were always packed pre-COVID.
